How much does it cost to build per square? |

We do not price per square as each house is different and designs vary along with quality of fittings chosen. Kitchens and bathrooms vary in size and cost also. Quoting on each individual job gives the most realistic price. |

Yes you can as long as they are neat and tidy and work co-operatively with us on your home. |

Yes we can price to whatever stage you require and complete work up to that point. |

Yes we have an attractive and good quality basic range of items we utilize in our homes as well as upgraded ranges available. We can also incorporate your own choice of fittings if you prefer. |

Once we have all the required information we can usually get a quote back to you within 2-3 weeks. |

What plans do you require to quote off. |

We can quote off scaled drawings (They do not have to be full working drawings, Town planning is okay.) we can even give you a rough price from a scaled sketch depending on your needs. |
